Grace-Ann Roberts is a dynamic multifaceted individual with a passion for equity. A multijurisdictional lawyer, currently licensed to practice in the Jurisdiction of Jamaica and Canada.
Experience
Over the last five years she has garnered experience in a number of areas including, but not limited to, Immigration (Spousal Sponsorship, Provincial Nominee, Work Permit, Permanent Residence etc.); Family (Divorce, Custody, Separation Agreement, Access etc); Estate Law (Obtaining Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee, Passing of Accounts, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation etc); Civil litigation(Motor Vehicle Accident, Slip and Fall etc.); Business (business registration; contracts; tax matters); Employment Law; Criminal Law; and Real Estate (Transfers, Mortgages, Discharges, Lost Title Applications, Adverse Possession Applications, First Registration Applications, Reregistration Applications, Lease and Dispensation Applications).
In May 2023 she launched her own practice where she continues to provide exceptional service in Family, Criminal, Immigration and Estate Law.

She has seasoned experience at the National Land Agency and Kazembe & Associates. She also garnered experience at The Director of Public Prosecutions (Intern).
Moving Forward
Continuing in her passion, she is indenting on sitting the New York Bar and pursuing further studies with a focus in Europe.
